Indem der K\u00fchlstrang dieser \u00d6fen modifiziert und mehr Kalorien extrahiert werden, kann der Kunde die Vorschriften zu atmosph\u00e4rischen Emissionen einhalten, indem er die beiden \u00d6fen gleichzeitig verwendet. Dadurch m\u00f6chte der Kunde seine Produktion um 50 % steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ziel dieser Studie war auch, den Verbrauch ihrer Elektrolichtbogen\u00f6fen zu reduzieren, indem ihre Produkte vor dem Chargieren getrocknet werden. Die verf\u00fcgbare \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Energie w\u00fcrde dann einen standortexternen Bedarf auf derselben industriellen Plattform decken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projektprobleme:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysieren Sie die vorhandenen Abw\u00e4rmevorkommen auf Ebene der Elektrolichtbogen\u00f6fen und den Energiebedarf am Trockner und au\u00dferhalb des Standorts.<\/li>\n<li>Als Ergebnis dieser Charakterisierung suchte Eco-Tech Ceram nach den relevantesten L\u00f6sungen, um den Energiebedarf so weit wie m\u00f6glich zu decken.<\/li>\n<li>Jede der L\u00f6sungen wurde dem Kunden anhand eines vollst\u00e4ndigen Berichts pr\u00e4sentiert, der die Spezifikationen von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe.fr\/\">Ademe<\/a> zu den Machbarkeitsstudien ber\u00fccksichtigte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leistungen von Eco-Tech Ceram:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studium des Prinzipdiagramms<\/li>\n<li>Dimensionierung der Ausr\u00fcstung<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/prestations\/\">Thermische Untersuchung der L\u00f6sung<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Luftaufnahme der L\u00f6sung<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f6sungsdesign<\/li>\n<li>Energie- und Umweltbilanz<\/li>\n<li>Kalkulation der L\u00f6sung<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/ingenierie-de-financement\/\">Wirtschaftliche Untersuchung der L\u00f6sung und finanzielle Vereinbarung<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beschreibung der von Eco-Tech Ceram vorgeschlagenen L\u00f6sung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die gew\u00e4hlte L\u00f6sung, die unten sichtbar ist, umfasst zwei Rauch-\/Luftkollektoren mit einer Einheitsleistung von 3,75 MW. Diese W\u00e4rmetauscher versorgen 3 Paar Eco-Stock\u00ae. Jeder Speicher kann im Dauerbetrieb 2,2 MWh speichern.
