Das Ziel von SOLUTEC ist es, die M\u00f6glichkeiten zu erweitern, indem komplexe Rauchgase aufgefangen und verwertet werden. Diese Rauchgase k\u00f6nnen heute nicht behandelt werden, da sie die Integrit\u00e4t der Materialien des Speichersystems durch die von ihnen verursachte Korrosion und Verschlammung gef\u00e4hrden. Um dieses technologische Hindernis zu \u00fcberwinden, werden die Forscher des RAPSODEE-Zentrums und die Experten von Eco-Tech Ceram zusammenarbeiten, um neue Speichermaterialien zu entwickeln und zu charakterisieren. Dies wird es erm\u00f6glichen, diese Ph\u00e4nomene innerhalb des Speichersystems in einem angewandten industriellen Kontext zu bewerten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Achsen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schwerpunkt 1<\/strong>: Charakterisierung von Rauchgasen aus der Keramik- und Metallindustrie :<br \/>\nErwartete Ergebnisse nach ca. 1 Jahr: vollst\u00e4ndige Analyse und Charakterisierung von Zielrauchen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schwerpunkt 2<\/strong>: Kondensations- und Korrosionsstudien :<br \/>\nErwartete Ergebnisse in ca. 3 Jahren: Kenntnis der thermodynamischen Bedingungen je nach Zusammensetzung der Rauchgase und Aufzeigen der Korrelationen zwischen verwendeten Materialien \/ Betriebsbedingungen \/ Kondensation \/ Korrosionsbedingungen<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schwerpunkt 3<\/strong>: Beherrschung von Korrosion und Kondensation in industriellen Umgebungen :<br \/>\nErwartete Ergebnisse in ca. 5 Jahren: Formulierung und Validierung einer oder mehrerer L\u00f6sungen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Speichersystems unter realen Nutzungsbedingungen (Vermeidung und\/oder Linderung von Trocken- oder Nasskorrosion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eine verbesserte Umweltleistung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse werden durch eine prospektive Lebenszyklusanalyse (LCA) gefiltert.
