However, more than 50% of the heat consumed in the baking oven is lost. With the<a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/en\/energy-storage\/\"><strong>Eco-Stock\u00ae<\/strong><\/a>it&#8217;s possible to capture and store waste heat from the baking oven, so that it can be used at the right time in the dryer and pre-bake chamber.<\/p>\n<p>Aware of the economic and environmental profitability of such a project, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nouvelle-aquitaine.fr\/\">Nouvelle Aquitaine<\/a> region and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe.fr\/\">ADEME<\/a> have subsidized part of the infrastructure. partnership with Eco-Tech Ceram.<\/p>\n<p>The Pontigny site (Yonne &#8211; Burgundy Franche Comt\u00e9 region) is equipped with a thermal accumulator, our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/en\/energy-storage\/\">Eco-Stock\u00ae<\/a><\/strong>to transform heat loss into sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Our thermal accumulator recovers the heat from their ovens to send it back to the dryers. With it, hot air will be produced which will feed the burners.
