At Eco-Tech Ceram, we’ve always held a simple belief:<\/span>

Today, this vision takes a new step forward with the raising of <\/span>16 million euros<\/b> alongside <\/span>Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Impact<\/b> (via the Fonds R\u00e9volution Environnementale et Solidaire) and <\/span>Bpifrance<\/b> (via the PSIM program as part of France 2030).<\/span><\/p>\n

This funding will enable us to <\/span>change scale<\/b> to meet a central challenge of our century: <\/span>heat in industry<\/b>. Here’s what that means in concrete terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The challenge: 300 TWh of heat, still largely fossil fuels<\/b><\/h2>\n

Every year, French industry consumes almost <\/span>300 TWh of heat<\/b>the vast majority of which comes from fossil fuels, often imported.<\/span>
\n<\/span> This dependence represents a triple fragility:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Economic<\/b>to cope with volatile gas prices,<\/span> <\/li>\n
  • Geopolitics<\/b>The Group is ready to face up to the tensions on the energy markets,<\/span> <\/li>\n
  • Environmental<\/b>in the face of Europe’s and France’s climate objectives.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    And yet, alternatives do exist. <\/span>Accessible, efficient, cost-effective<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Our solution: a systems approach to process heat<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Since our creation, we have developed and industrialized a complete range of <\/span>complete range of technological solutions<\/b> to meet these challenges. These solutions are based on three levers: <\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Energy audit and optimization (RGE1717 \/ PACTE)<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The first essential step is to understand precisely where and how energy is consumed.<\/span>
    \n<\/span> We support manufacturers in the implementation of intelligent <\/span>intelligent settings, process modernization<\/b>and data-driven optimization.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Waste heat recovery (Eco-Stock\u00ae – patented)<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Every industrial site loses a significant proportion of its heat to the environment.<\/span>
    \n<\/span> Thanks to our high-temperature <\/span>high-temperature thermal storage<\/b>we capture, store and release this heat back into the process. <\/span>The result: <\/span>fewer losses, less gas purchases, lower emissions.<\/b><\/p>\n

    3. Intelligent electrification (Power-to-Heat – patented)<\/b><\/h3>\n

    For sites with access to low-carbon electricity sources or off-peak hours, we offer efficient conversion of electricity into high-temperature heat. <\/span>This is an essential building block for <\/span>integrate renewable energies<\/b> and <\/span>accelerate the phase-out of gas<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    A CAPEX-free business model, at \u20ac25\/MWh<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Our solutions can be delivered <\/span>turnkey<\/b>or via our <\/span>third-party financing model<\/b>. <\/span>This means our customers can start saving <\/span>from day one<\/b>, <\/span>with no initial investment<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    And all this with <\/span>controlled cost of heat<\/b>starting at <\/span>25 \u20ac\/MWh<\/b>fixed over the long term. A real breakthrough in a context of unstable energy prices. <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Reference industrial customers already on board<\/b><\/h2>\n

    We’re not just starting out.<\/span>
    \n<\/span> Groups such as <\/span>ArcelorMittal, Wienerberger, Villeroy & Boch, ThyssenKrupp<\/b> or even <\/span>C\u00e9ramique & D\u00e9veloppement<\/b> have already placed their trust in our technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. Continuously improve our solutions<\/b>by integrating customer feedback and innovations from our digital R&D subsidiary <\/span>Noria<\/b>.<\/span> <\/li>\n
      3. Deploy our sales team<\/b> in new European territories.<\/span> <\/li>\n
      4. Supporting more industrial sites<\/b>in third-party financing, with zero risk for them.<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
