Si sono affidati a noi per realizzare un sistema di cattura e recupero del calore di scarto da diversi forni ed essiccatoi contemporaneamente!<\/p>\n<p>E i risultati si vedono, le cifre parlano chiaro: <strong>l&#8217;azienda sar\u00e0 in grado di ridurre il consumo energetico del 15% e di evitare l&#8217;emissione di 500 tonnellate di CO2<\/strong> nella sede di Pontigny!<\/p>\n<p>Abbiamo appena commissionato una nuova soluzione per il recupero del calore residuo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estrazione dei fumi su diversi forni di cottura intermittenti a pressione controllata, per garantire la qualit\u00e0 del prodotto<\/li>\n<li>Cattura e stoccaggio del calore nei nostri <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/stockage-de-l-energie\">Eco-Stocks\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> (2,3 MWH a 600\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<li>Questo calore decarbonizzato viene utilizzato in una serie di essiccatori intermittenti per controllare l&#8217;umidit\u00e0, garantendo cos\u00ec la qualit\u00e0 del prodotto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;intera innovazione tecnologica \u00e8 stata finanziata da <a href=\"https:\/\/ecotechceram.com\/ingenierie-de-financement\">ETC Invest<\/a> con il supporto di<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe.fr\/\">ADEME<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ademe-investissement.fr\/\">ADEME Investissement<\/a>.
