CDI - Site manager (m/f)

Under the responsibility of our Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the work sites.

Under the responsibility of the Design Office Manager, you will be in charge of the mechanical design of the project, ensuring that the technical and financial constraints are respected.

Under the responsibility of the engineering manager, you will participate in the drafting of the functional analysis with the project manager (specifications, mock-ups, etc.), you will produce the PLC program based on the functional analysis, you will participate in the assembly of industrial equipment, you will provide remote assistance.

I joined Eco-Tech Ceram in March 2017 for an end-of-study internship and in September 2017, I was offered a permanent contract. I am a modeling engineer, my mission within the design office is to lead energy recovery projects from the signing of the study to the completion of the site. This position offers me a great diversity in my daily tasks, in particular through the variety of case studies encountered, it is very rewarding. What motivates me every day is that I know that my work contributes to the success of the decarbonization of the industry.

Passionate about selling complex projects related to decarbonization, I was recruited in February 2019, after having accompanied Eco-Tech Ceram as an external consultant through the World Innovation Competition and the sale of the first Eco -Stock. My missions are the sale of feasibility studies and waste heat recovery projects in France, the development of the German market and the setting up of partnerships with furnace manufacturers and business contributors. I help develop our subsidiary in the Hauts-de-France region.

My main tasks are to monitor the aid systems, identify the right funding window, prepare the file and financially monitor the progress of the assisted projects.
