Climate Dividends

In line with our decarbonization objective, 125 tonnes of CO2 avoided in 2022 were distributed in the form of climate dividends to our shareholders in 2023, with Climate Dividends. And from our projects in 2023 and 2024, more than 2,700 tonnes of CO2 avoided will be redistributed in 2025 in the form of Climate Dividends for 2024!

1 climate dividend = 1 tonne of CO2 avoided or sequestered

For Eco-Tech Ceram, a far-reaching transition of companies also means managing and valuing them with indicators other than financial ones, and climate dividends are a good answer to this challenge.

Team For The Planet

We are shareholders of
Team For The Planet
!

In this way, we are becoming part of the great coalition of companies for the climate. Through this contribution, we support the reduction of carbon emissions beyond our scope. It’s a way for us to diversify our positive climate impacts beyond our industry decarbonization activities.

négaWatt Association

We support
négaWatt
a federation for controlled and sober energy consumption.

Its effective, realistic approach is based on common sense: firstly, to reduce energy needs through sobriety in individual and collective use. Energy efficiency then makes it possible to reduce the amount of energy required to satisfy these needs.

Sustainable Development Goals

At Eco-Tech Ceram, we are committed to 13 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations.

They give us the path to a better and more sustainable future for all. They respond to the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity, peace and justice.

3.9: Our projects contribute to limiting the consumption of fossil fuels and materials, which in turn reduces air pollution.

5.5: Our internal policy is to ensure the full and effective participation of women and their equal access to management positions.

6.3 / 6.4 : Our projects participate in the limitation of the consumption of fossil energy and materials, which reduces the consumption of water resources.

7.3: Our projects are helping to double the global rate of energy efficiency improvement.

8.4: Our activities contribute to improving the efficiency of the use of the world’s resources and ensure that economic growth no longer leads to environmental degradation.
8.5 : Our activities create jobs in France and help to achieve full and productive employment for all.
8.8: Our internal policy is to defend the rights of workers, promote safety in the workplace and ensure the protection of all workers.

10.2: Our internal policy is to empower our employees and promote their economic integration regardless of their age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic status.

11.6 : Our projects contribute to limiting the consumption of fossil fuels and greenhouse gas emissions and thus to improving air quality.

12.2 : Our activities contribute to a more sustainable management and a more rational use of natural resources (recovery of waste heat from industries, eco-design of our thermal storage solutions)

13.2: Our participation in various state agencies allows us to incorporate climate change measures into national policies, strategies and planning.

14.3: Our activities contribute to minimizing ocean acidification through our projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from industry.

15.1 : Through the CO2 savings achieved in our industrial projects, we participate in limiting the consumption of fossil fuels and materials. This mitigates the effects of climate change on terrestrial biodiversity.

16.1 : Our projects contribute to limiting the consumption of fossil fuels by industrialists. This allows the mitigation of geopolitical tensions and wars associated with these resources.
