Eco-Tech Ceram took part in the French-Norwegian green industry forum organized by the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
The aim of the day was to lay the foundations for Franco-Norwegian leadership for a greener industry, addressing both challenges and solutions. The focus was on decarbonizing existing industries along the energy value chain and creating new green industries.
We are convinced that by joining forces with Norway, Eco-Tech Ceram can contribute to both :
– Rapid, efficient and competitive decarbonization of their process heat
– The development of projects for the massive storage of renewable electricity (from offshore wind projects announced by Norway) in the form of heat. This compensates for the intermittent nature of renewable energies.
The forum provided a forum for dialogue between political decision-makers, industry, academic and financial institutions, and helped to advance partnerships and cooperation agreements between France and Norway at both political and industrial levels.
The Franco-Norwegian meeting was attended by Thomas Courbe, Director General of Enterprise, the Norwegian Minister of Trade and Industry, the Norwegian ambassador to France and the French ambassador to Norway.
Many thanks to the event organizers: French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, La Norvège en France, the French Embassy in Norway, Innovation Norway and Team France Export, in partnership with Bpifrance, Forskningsradet and theInstitut français.
